Meet the Photographer

Hi! My name is Danielle! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my page. I hope you'll fall in love with the photographs I've captured.

I love taking photographs and capturing not just moments, but real experiences. Photos preserve memories that we will cherish for generations. My goal is to create authentic, vibrant images that are rich in color and full of life. I'll guide you through a variety of poses, but I also want to capture the genuine beauty, love, and connection in every session. We'll try different poses and natural interactions, and I promise to make your experience fun, relaxed, and anything but awkward!

You may be wondering, "If your name is Danielle, why is your business called MK Photography?" That's a great question! MK are my son's initials. He is my greatest inspiration and the reason I stepped outside my comfort zone to pursue something I truly love. He inspires me every day to learn, grow, and be the best mom I can be.

When I'm not spending time with my son or behind the camera, you'll find me in the classroom. I am currently a second-grade teacher, and while I absolutely love teaching, photography gives me the creative outlet I've always needed. It allows me to connect with people, tell their stories, and preserve meaningful moments they'll treasure forever.

I grew up in Detroit, Michigan, where I lived until graduating from college and accepting my first teaching job. I have now called Arizona home for the past 11 years and continue to fall more in love with its beauty every day. I currently live in Peoria, but I happily travel throughout the Valley to capture your special moments.
