Meet the Photographer

Hi! My name is Danielle! Thank you for taking the time out to look at my page and hopefully fall in love with the photographs that I have taken.

I love taking photographs and capturing not just moments, but real experiences. Pictures are moments we cherish and will have for generations. I also want these pictures to be authentic and rich in color. I strive to achieve photographs that are full of live and color. I will recommend different poses, but I also want to capture the beauty and love in each photograph. So, we will try different situations and I promise to make this a fun, non-awkward, and an enjoyable experience.

I bet you are wondering if your name is Danielle why is your business called, MK Photography. That is a great question. MK are my son's initials. My son is my true inspiration and encouragement to break out my shell and push forward for the things that I love. He inspires me to learn and grow and be the best momma I can be.

When I am not with my son or behind the camera, I am in the classroom. I am currently a 3rd grade teacher. I love teaching, but photography helps give me a creative outlet that I have been missing in my life and a way to connect with people. I love being able to tell a story and truly capture moments in time.

I grew up in Detroit, Michigan. I have lived there my entire life until I graduated college and got my first teaching job. I have lived in Arizona for 11 years and continue to fall in love with its beauty. I currently reside in Goodyear, but I have lived in all parts of the valley. And I am willing to travel to different parts of the valley for pictures.
